Levy Law Group is a full service law firm formed in 2012 by Lauren D. Levy. Prior to forming the Levy Law Group Lauren was a partner for a national law firm where she managed the insurance coverage department in its Miami office. The primary focus of the firm is on the defense of first and third party insurance coverage and extra-contractual matters. The firm handles all areas of property coverage defense, including large loss water claims, Chinese drywall claims, hurricane claims, collapse, flood, sinkhole, fire and earth movement claims. The attorneys of Levy Law Group also have experience in several other areas including real estate transactions and litigation, product liability, toxic torts, premises liability, subrogation, personal injury and wrongful death matters.
Clients of Levy Law Group include major insurance companies within Florida and Excess and Surplus Lines. The spectrum of representation spans from residential claims to multi-million dollar market claims and litigation. The Levy Law Group handles both pre-suit investigations and any ensuing litigation.
The office is centrally located in Coral Gables, Florida and is close to all areas of Miami and Fort Lauderdale. The location of the office allows easy access to major highways and roads both locally and those that get you to West Palm Beach and points north, the west coast of Florida including Naples, Fort Myers, and Tampa and points south such as the Florida Keys, as such, the Attorneys with Levy Law Group practice in all counties of Florida.
Levy Law Group has an abundance of resources including state of the art electronic software/programs and the most current technology, this enables Levy Law Group to manage paper intensive files electronically and maintain hard copies of files when applicable.
